This is what our application process looks like

Step 01:
The receipt of your application

You applied through our portal or via email, submitting your application documents. You'll receive confirmation of receipt within a day. The documents will now be reviewed by us.

Step 02:
The first feedback

Within a week at the latest, we make the first decision and get in touch with you. Either, unfortunately, we have to decline, or we want to get to know you better. In this case, we'll arrange a meeting.

Step 03:
Getting to know each other

We want to get to know you. It is important to us that you are simply yourself and feel comfortable with us. In this first interview, you will meet at least two of the managing directors and have a look around the location where you are likely to have your home base. If both sides have a positive impression, a further meeting will be arranged, which will take place at our second location.

Step 04:
The decision

One week after your second interview at the latest, you will receive final feedback from us as to whether we can imagine working together. If you want to round off your decision by getting to know your future colleagues and how they work, we will offer you a trial working day. If this also suits you, we will clarify the general conditions and conclude an employment contract with you. The entire application process is completed no later than six weeks after we receive your application.
