Jonas Schäfer is an public accountant and tax consultant at BERGZWEI. His main focus ist on auditing (consolidated) financial statements of medium-sized companies in accordance with national and international accounting standards. Further areas of expertise are business consulting and support in questions of accounting. From 1 July 2024, he will join the BERGZWEI group of managing directors and partners.
Katja Partmann is a tax consultant at BERGZWEI. She concentrates on supporting (family-owned) SMEs and groups in the construction, production and service industries, where her focus is on providing advice on all tax issues and auditing financial statements. She contributes her expertise in the income and inheritance tax optimisation of corporate structures to the BERGZWEI corporate succession focus group.
On completing her business management degree at the University of Siegen, Katja Partmann spent five years working as an audit manager for a mid-sized firm of public accountants. She was appointed tax consultant in 2010 and has been a partner and led the Freudenberg office since 2013.
Harald Partmann is a public accountant and tax consultant at BERGZWEI. His areas of activity include supporting (family-owned) SMEs in the auditing of (consolidated) financial statements and providing advice on national and international corporate tax law. As an expert in the business valuation sector, he is a member of the BERGZWEI corporate succession focus group.
After training as an industrial clerk, Harald Partmann studied business administration at the University of Siegen before working for nine years as a manager in the audit department of a big four company, two of those years spent in London. He was appointed public accountant in 2005 and has been a partner since 2008. From 2013 to 2020 he was a member of the Quality Control Committee of the Chamber of Public Accountants.
Natalie Riske is a tax consultant at BERGZWEI. Her professional specialisms include supporting SMEs and the self-employed in tax matters, the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns. Her specialist field is the provision of advice in complex aspects of VAT law, and her comprehensive industry knowledge shapes the BERGZWEI healthcare focus group.
After training as a tax clerk, Natalie Riske worked for a mid-sized tax consultancy for eleven years before embarking on her career at BERGZWEI as an accountant in 2008. She was appointed tax consultant in 2015 and has been a partner since 2016.
Gerold Wäschenbach is a tax consultant at BERGZWEI. His expertise lies in providing support for SMEs and private individuals in all aspects of tax and business administration. He also works as an executor.
After training in financial administration and completing a business management degree at the University of Siegen, he was appointed a tax consultant at our Freudenberg office and has been a partner since 1998.
Carina Hagedorn is a tax consultant at BERGWEI. In addition to the auditing and preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements of medium-sized companies together with the associated tax declaration, her competences include the performance of special audits. She advises medium-sized companies on all tax and accounting-related issues.
Jürgen Naskrent is a public accountant and tax consultant at BERGZWEI. He also provides support in strategic issues for family-owned SMEs.
Vânia Hammer is a tax consultant at BERGZWEI. Her areas of activity are focused on audits of annual and consolidated financial statements as well as tax advice for businesses.
Marcus Wirth is an accountant and authorised signatory at BERGZWEI. He is responsible for running the Freudenberg office.
As a tax consultant at BERGZWEI, Henriette Kielgast concentrates on the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns and the provision of ongoing advice for SMEs. With experience in international tax law (specialising in international secondments) and a degree in multilingual communication, she is a member of the internationalisation focus group.
Klara Sophia Dhaouadi is a public accountant and tax consultant at BERGZWEI. Her areas of activity are focused on audits of annual and consolidated financial statements as well as advice for international businesses. She is a member of the internationalisation focus group.
